Surf and Turf

Roast sliced tenderloin served with two large shrimp topped with bearnaise sauce

 

Breast of Chicken Piccata

Breast of chicken sautéed with shallots, capers, lemon, parsley, cream, and chardonnay

Cod and Salmon Cheron

Fresh native cod and farm raised salmon lightly dusted wuth macadamia nuts and ritz crackers served with a cheron sauce

 

Vegetarian Entrée

Roasted vegetable manicotti with mascarpone cheese served with grilled eggplant and tomato provencale
