Pan Seared Tenderloin Au Poivre

Pan seared tenderloin served with a peppered brandy cream mustard bordelaise sauce

 

Breast of Chicken Race Point

Marinated grilled breast of chicken topped with roasted red and yellow peppers, shrimp, monteray jack and cheddar cheese

Fresh Native Cod Homard

Fresh native cod dredged in flour, dipped in egg and sautéed with butter, lemon shallots and lobster meat

 

Vegetarian Entrée

Roasted vegetable manicotti with mascarpone cheese served with grilled eggplant and tomato provencale
